CERAMICS
NETTLETON POTTERY
Form, colour, texture, and heritage are balanced by my fascination with environments and climatic changes to create uniquely individual porcelain forms.
I am a collector and retriever, repurposing treasured objects uncovered on my rambles along northern coastlines, and limestone faults. I combine my history with my current practice, by imprinting patterns and surfaces from lace and crochet founded in my family’s craft heritage or bringing together shapes and forms remembering the topography of well-traversed routes.
